If you do not have an Ingram or Baker & Taylor account you may order at wholesale, directly from Community
Press under the following terms:
40% DISCOUNT OFF LIST PRICE
Payment must be made at time of order. Book seller may pay by check or through
our electronic billing and payment system.
Order is shipped directly to retailer location.
Returns are allowed.
Shipping paid by customer.
